With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Dovid has built a reputation for calm, reliable, and insightful technology leadership. He spent three years supporting large corporate environments at John Hancock and five years working alongside industry-leading technology consultants and analysts at the Patricia Seybold Group. His expertise spans business, nonprofit, and education environments, with a focus on productivity, reliability, and making technology approachable for all.

What if I need more support than my plan includes?
Most issues can be addressed in a brief call or handled remotely within our proactive management service. Additional support after the first 15 minutes is billed in 15-minute increments at our hourly rates.
Can you help with my business email or website?
Absolutely. Our Business Premium tier includes business email and WordPress hosting/management. Don’t have a site? We can guide you through the process and build one for you.
What’s the commitment?
All plans require an initial 12-month minimum commitment and 3-months notice to cancel. This ensures we can allocate resources, maintain service quality, and deliver the proactive, long-term support our clients value.
